Julian has met with apprentices at Craven College to mark National Apprenticeship Week.
He heard about their work and experiences working within companies and learning at the College.
He said: "Craven College is one of the most successful providers of apprenticeships in the North of England and I enjoyed meeting with some of the apprentices they support. Over 3,200 apprenticeships have been started across my constituency in the last five years providing an important mix of learning and work to give people the skills they need to gain permanent employment. This National Apprenticeship Week, I would encourage any company to think about the benefits having an apprentice can bring to their business."
