Julian Smith attends the Ripon Launch of the Skipton and Ripon Enterprise Group

On Friday 26 June, Julian attended the Ripon Launch Event of the Skipton and Ripon Enterprise Group (SREG).  The group offers free mentoring to businesses across the Skipton and Ripon constituency. 

Some of the most successful business leaders in North Yorkshire offer free help and advice to other newer businesses on how to grow and expand.  In turn, having received mentoring these businesses themselves often mentor others.  Paul Theakston, Chairman of Black Sheep Brewery, will lead efforts in the Ripon area whilst Alan Halsall of Silver Cross Prams will continue to chair SREG across Skipton and Ripon. 

Julian said: "It’s a fantastic organisation and one that I am so proud to support.  I pay tribute to everyone involved in this excellent local initiative."
