Last week, Julian Smith met with apprentices working at Devonshire Arms Hotel and Spa to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week.
The three apprentices hold different roles in both front of house and the hotel kitchen and they are all students at Craven College. The College is currently looking to recruit more apprentices for the hotel and it held its Annual Apprenticeship Job Fair at the Craven District Council offices in Skipton last week.
Julian Smith said: ‘It was great to have the chance to meet with the apprentices currently working at the Devonshire Arms and hear about their different experiences. I also congratulate Craven College for their excellent apprenticeship programme, which was just recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted’
