Julian is urging the Post Office to continue to find a permanent home for the Ingleton branch.
A temporary outreach service has now opened following the closure of the previous outlet in January. It is based at the Ingleborough Community Centre.
The MP pressed the Post Office to move quickly in finding this solution and is now asking them to continue to work to find a permanent home.
Julian said:
“I am pleased that Post Office services have been restored to Ingleton after the closure of the town’s branch. I joined the community in pushing for services to be available to residents and businesses as soon as possible and the outreach set-up provides for that for now.
“It is though important the Post Office works hard to find the home for a new, permanent branch in the town given the importance of the services to the community. I will continue to push for this to happen.”
