Julian Smith MP has visited the Dalesman Magazine at their new offices near Skipton to discuss the importance of local media and journalism.
Julian met with the editor, Adrian Braddy, and the team. The Dalesman publish five magazines, four regional and one national, in addition to books, guides and calendars.
Julian said: 'It was great to visit the Dalesman and speak to the team there. As one of the biggest publishers in the area who employ over twenty staff, I was keen to hear their thoughts on supporting local print media and what the future holds for local journalism.'
