Julian is really sorry if you have been affected by the continued disruption to TV service in Ripon, Masham and the surrounding areas. This follows the fire on 10 August at the Bilsdale transmitter, which is situated in a neighbouring constituency. Julian knows that television has become increasingly, especially important to constituents throughout the pandemic- helping to keep people connected to the latest local and national news and often serves as a conversation starter amongst friends, family and neighbours.
Julian would like to reassure you that he has made representations to his ministerial colleagues regarding the ongoing situation and is following developments closely. Mr Smith is also in contact with Arqiva.
