Harrogate Borough Council Response - Ripon Barracks Update October 2020

Julian Smith MP has received a response from the Harrogate Borough Council with regard to the proposed redevelopment of the Ripon Barracks (Clotherholme). The letter highlights several key areas of residents concerns that the Council have focused on clarifying. These include: Infrastructure provisions, Transport Infrastructure, Construction traffic, Education provisions and Air Quality.
